Mohsen Rasouli Valajoozi – SVA MA Design Research

Mohsen Rasouli Valajoozi is a design researcher in the field of medical design, specifically the role of cultural behavior and medical anthropology in the development of health care services and products. Mohsen has a B.A. in Visual Communication from Art University (Tehran) and an M.A. in Industrial Design from the University of Tehran. Up until attending SVA, he was a lecturer at both the University of Tehran (UT) and Art University in the subjects of research methodology, product design, sketching and rendering, and geometry. He has reviewed many international academic papers in collaboration with Cogent OA publisher (Australia) and is currently an Editorial Advisor for Advanced Food and Nutritional Sciences (Consortium Publisher). Mohsen plans to use SVA MA Design Research as a global platform to expand his research interactions and cultivate his belief that the study of user culture and semantic systems is the key element of each design project.
