Eric Schwartau is a comedian, artist, creative director, and co-founder of Talk Hole, an “art-jacent” comedy brand, creative agency, and performance duo. He has performed in and produced shows with the New Museum, MoMA PS1, NADA Art Fair, Material Art Fair, and Navel LA. Talk Hole’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Interview Magazine, Art in America, Dazed & Confused, Time Out New York, Arte.tv and Mic.com. He is a former Editor at TASCHEN GmbH, where he worked on photography and design titles including projects with The New York Times and National Geographic. He received a B.A. in Urban Studies from Vassar College and received Honors for his thesis examining the interrelation between the HGTV “designed-to-sell” aesthetic and the US subprime mortgage crisis. He has a (scholarly) obsession with House Hunters.
