Eric Schwartau is a satirist, editor, creative director, and the co-founder of Talk Hole, an “art-jacent” comedy brand, creative agency, and monthly show. He has performed in and produced shows at the New Museum, MoMA PS1, NADA Art Fair, and Navel LA. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Art in America, Dazed & Confused Magazine, Time Out New York, Arte.tv and Mic.com. He is a former Editor at Taschen, where he worked on photography and design titles including projects with The New York Times and National Geographic. He received a B.A. in Urban Studies from Vassar College where he studied the interrelation between the HGTV “designed-to-sell” aesthetic and the US subprime mortgage crisis. He has a (scholarly) obsession with House Hunters and Forensic Files.
