Online Info Session #2 – SVA MA Design Research

Online Info Session #2

Considering grad school? Register for our December 8th virtual info session to receive an application fee waiver* and to learn more about our intensive one-year MA program that investigates the contexts and consequences of design.

Register to hear from faculty and alums about how our two-semester program can help you achieve your personal and professional goals, whether you’re a writer interested in design or a designer interested in becoming a better researcher, writer, and critical thinker. It’s a chance to learn more and ask questions in an informal session, and a great way to make sure your (free) application rises to the top of the pile!

In the meantime, you can review some notes and pointers to help demystify the application process, sit back and watch some thesis presentations, or email us at to arrange an in-person visit or call with our program chair. Our priority application deadline is January 15, 2023.

Attendees will receive an $80 application fee waiver if they apply for Fall 2023 admission. (Note: This waiver will be applied to the email address used to register for this event. It is important to use the same email address consistently throughout the entire application process.)
