Ajay Revels – SVA MA Design Research

Ajay is a strategic design researcher who helps enterprise design teams uncover and develop innovative business opportunities. Using systems thinking, ethnography, and design approaches she finds hidden customer needs, visualizes problem spaces and tests potential solutions. Since 2000, she has worked for American and British design firms including Razorfish, HUGE, Adaptive Path and Flow Interactive, where she developed product and service strategies for CNN, Center for Foreign Relations, TD Ameritrade, and ADP.

She produced a short video for MoMA R&D Salon 24 on Artificial Intelligence, was a Think Tank facilitator for Afrotectopia, and has researched the state of Japanese startups.
