Hadley Leary – SVA MA Design Research

Hadley Leary is a Rochester, New York, native currently living in Brooklyn. A graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, she holds a BA in Art History and French Studies. In the five years since her graduation, she’s worked as a registrar in a Western gallery, edited work for a media arts publication, made many a chai, and catalogued prints, paintings, and more for an online-only auction house. She currently writes copy of all kinds for UncommonGoods, an online and catalog retailer specializing in unique handmade items, and is excited to step back from her day-to-day and learn more about the craft of design writing.
