Natália Tóthová – SVA MA Design Research

Natália Tóthová is a designer, writer and translator. Born in former Czechoslovakia just after the events of the Velvet Revolution and raised in the newly independent Slovak Republic, educated in Vienna, Austria and London, UK, Natália holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma and a BA in History of Art from Goldsmiths College. She had briefly studied architecture thereafter. Her background has entrenched a keen interest in the current state of global affairs and the design of the world at large. She has learned early on to question every status quo.

Natália has been working with the contemporary artist Petra Feriancová and her gallery for more than eight years, as well as co-editing and collaborating on art publications for the independent publishing house Archivingair Press, also set up by the artist. Most recently she has worked as a designer and administrator for a private art collector in Prague, Czech Republic.
