Roshita Thomas – SVA MA Design Research

Roshita Thomas is an architect and graphic designer working within the realm of media and entertainment. She focuses on producing digital narratives that combine extensive research with simple visual representations. She’s intrigued by the role that entertainment, food and design play in modern society.

After completing her undergraduate program in architecture in Mumbai, she received a P.G Diploma in Critical Theory, Aesthetics and Practice. Additionally, she interned at a digital media agency and went on to work with a leading indie musician Prateek Kuhad. Most recently, she worked as the graphic designer on a digital media campaign titled “The Minor Project” by Leher India in partnership with UNICEF India. The Minor Project is a public dialogue initiative that aims to end violence against children by turning young Indians into informed and aware advocates of the cause.
